What is your morning ritual?
I like a slow paced morning. I wake up and do stretches in bed. After that, I cuddle my dog, and read for a bit while I drink my coffee.
What does your evening wind-down ritual look like?
My evening wind-down is all about my skincare routine. I take my time with it, doing some facial acupuncture, masking, and then lots of facial massage and Gua Sha to finish it off. It’s super relaxing and brings me back to myself at the end of the day.
What song gets you going for the day?
‘Take On Me’ by a-ha. Without fail
What is your philosophy on health?
Keep it simple.
What is the most common reason people come in to see you for an acupuncture session?
The most common reason lately would be stress/anxiety, and everything that stems from it. People are definitely feeling the weight of everything this year has presented to us.
What types of health issues do you especially enjoy treating?
I love treating skin concerns like acne, fine lines and wrinkles, eczema, etc; as well as digestive issues, stress, anxiety and chronic pain.

I’m a big snacker! My favourite snack is Mary’s crackers with avocado and sauerkraut. I swear, it’s delicious.
Favourite indulgence?
My partner is Italian and also a great cook, so definitely pasta. Also! Whipping cream in my coffee every now and then.
What do you do to relieve stress?
Hug my people. Cuddle my puppy. Go for long walks and listen to podcasts. Do breathing exercises. Put my phone away.

Gentle, supportive, effective.
What do you love about being an acupuncturist?
So much! Mainly, that I get to help people on their path of healing and empower them to take their health into their own hands.

Get uncomfortable! Feel the fear and do it anyway.
